ECPC 2024/25 TUITION RATES

*Tuition rates are approved by the previous year’s membership during the March membership meeting each year.

ECPC operates two programs, an AM program and a PM program. Tuition is the same for both programs. The minimum schedule you can enroll in is 3 days per week. ECPC offers a lunch hour, 12pm – 1pm and extended morning and afternoon care.

Our annual income is budgeted to include 10 months of equal tuition payments (September – May, with the remaining 10th month split between August and June – 1/2 month billed in August and 1/2 month billed in June). Tuition for the year takes into consideration all holidays and school breaks.

*ECPC offers a buy-out option (no weekly participation)  for an additional fee a month. Buy-outs are limited and allowed per the discretion of the program availability.

Extended Care

Early morning extended care 8:00am – 8:30am, $5.80 per day and

Late afternoon extended care 4:30pm – 5:00pm, $5.80 per day
